Default Boost leak test

Short story: Does anyone have a boost leak tester by any chance? Whether it's the DIY kind or whatever else - doesn't matter. I could really use one if someone is willing to let me borrow it or if you need to run it while I'm there I'd be fine with that.

Long story: Running 2011 wrx - e85 with standard bolt-ons and a fmic. About a week ago car started running extremely rich. I know fuel blends change which could affect it, but my tuner is saying that the fueling is so rich that that couldn't possibly affect it at all. He's suggesting I do a boost leak test to see where the cause could be. Been using the tuner for 3 years now without any issues except that I had the same exact problem happen last year at around the same time with weather / fuel blend changes - but still he's hinting I should do a boost leak test. So here I am

Super appreciate anyone willing to help!
