i understand that its not nice to call anyone a scammer..thats why i dont throw it around like that...first time im actually doing this..this is my story w/ this guy as i told another member who is concerned also..and i have old pms to back it up also:

hey whats up..heres my story w/ this guy..he bought a defi gauge from me..the gauge was off so he wasnt satisfied..which is perfectly fine..so i refund him and he confirms that refund..so abt 2 weeks past and i still dont get the gauge back..so i ask "dude wheres my gauge??"..so he answers back w. "uhh im away for school..youre gonna have to wait"..so i get mad and we argue back and forth abt how i dont care if hes at school and thats not my problem..he got his money back and i get beat waiting?..right...so basically this **** wasnt going anywhere and so i file a claim w/ paypal..so i let it go..and actually i forget all abt it since i dont visit the boards as much as i did..and after like 4 months i remember it and so i pm him w..."so wheres my gauge???..did you think i forgot"..and i start saying that he's a scammer..and he replies back saying "stop posting on my threads saying im a scammer"..so im like "well as of now you are..wheres my gauge"..then he says.."i sent it out a few weeks ago"..so i say.."huh?..why didnt you pm me telling me that you did or give me a heads up or a tracking #??"..so he tries to flip it and doesnt answer my ques. and comes back w/.."how do i know you didnt get it?"..im like.."right..first of all you would know if i received it if you actually really did send it and would be able to prove to me exactly when you sent it(which he doesnt)..wheres your proof that you actually did send it?"..so he tries to avoid the whole proof thing and tries to offer me a stock boost gauge and another defi gauge as compensation..who would try to counter offer w. another gauge if he was actually innocent and really did send it out??..doesnt make sense..and another thing that really pissed me off is that he posted a FS post..and one of the things that was being sold was something defi(i dont like to assume things but i have a feeling it was my gauge and he prolly thought i forgot abt it since i havent hassled him abt it for more than 3 mon.)..and i checked the post and it was taken/edited out..search under his name and you would know what im talkin abt..so til this day i havent gotten anything back and i keep asking him for proof that he sent it out and he keeps ignoring it..i hoped that ppl saw my side on this more since of my positive feedbacks..would i really wanna ruin that over a freakin stupid boost gauge that i sold for like $80...its not even abt the money anymore..i just wanna prove my point..and just want proof that he sent it out like he said he did and why he didnt tell me that he sent it or give me a track# at that moment..so thats my deal w/ this guy..sorry its such a long story..if i was you i would just avoid him..well goodluck w/ whatever you decide..later
