Default Stripped nuts?

Well, sure, you think that job is going to only take 4-5 nuts and bolts and you're done. An hours later your scratching your head wondering how the hell it came to this point.

Now, I'll be the first to admit, a real mechanic (or anyone decently prepared with the right tools) will not face this problem, but the guy trying to save a buck installing a down pipe could surely face it.

Here is what brought my progress to a hault with my down pipe install:

The solution? A break, and some good old vice grips. Next issue was a shot doughnut gasket.
