Default USDM STI not compatible with ECUexplorer?

Ok i recently upgraded to STG 2 using Open ECU. Everything was easy and everything went pretty smooth. Now i want to data log my car to see if the changes are hurting my car or not. I am trying to use ECUeplorer and under tools and ecuflash i dont see a tab for USDM STI. Then what do i use? Also i read something about pressing the defog switch (im assuming is the rear defog switch) help me please~~

thank you!

You can set the defrog switch to start data logging in ecuexplorer, under realtime data view, bottom pane. Can also enable knock signal there. Engine load is ff4f48 for 05' sti.

You have to use Ecuflash to flash.

You can use ecuexplorer to log, but not flash. Ecuexplorer is no longer under development, though it does work for what it does.

You do not need to have the test connectors plugged in to log. In fact, you can even download the ROM without them. The only thing you need them plugged in for is flashing.

Make sure that you have the right port selected in the bottom left corner of the screen. You should see your tactrix cable connection listed there.
