We should have good fresh water run-off this summer.

Yeah seriously, we usually get that warm spell with rain and wind and a lot of snow melts. Didn't get that at all this year. Some brief rain and snow, but no melting. We had 36 inches of snow for the month of December It was the
3rd snowiest December on record.

This snow is thick and powdery. It's already stuck solid to my brakes and rims. Going to suck in the morning. My brakes always freeze to the damn rotors. Almost burn the clutch trying to get the damn things unstuck

Anyways, besides that, I look forward to the snowy commute in the morning

I get this too. It seems to be a side effect of a snow clogged wheel, brake melted snow and refreezing of the water that seeped down.
