Default Possible Tuning/Dyno Day by PDX tuning at EL

So I jsut got off the phone with Forest (sp.?) from PDX tuning the guy in charge of scheduling Dyno days / tuning days and he brought up that they might be swinging by to Texas to Engine Logics again in the very near future. So what I am trying to do now is gauge interest so that if enough people show interest they will make a trip down here sooner. Tuning depending on how many people sign up is going to be between 325-375. From info I heard they will be tuning AP and UTEC, EcuTek and I am sure there is more I just don't remember. So if there is an interest please post up and we'll make something happen.

A couple of things from the last PDX tuning day at EL:

It was a bit crowded both days to get everything done. I wouldn't recommend the sheer number of cars that were on the last one.

Inform everyone that when lunch happens that there will be a break in the tuning.

If people are getting a race gas tune with a pump gas tune, there needs to be some time in there to get the car set up for that when scheduling. So if you want two tunes, this needs to be factored in before the car hits the dyno.

And some questions:
Who is going to be coming down to perform the tuning? If we want to bring dry ice, can we do that? If we can, will there be a few minutes to let it cold soak without idling on the dyno? Will this be Subaru only?

Right now this is in the prelim stages of getting them down here, I was informed it is supposed to be Jarred, but this is still just in the planning stages, soo, as of right now I think its going to be a sube thing but once PDX and I figure out something more solid i'll chime in and let ya;ll know for sure what is going down as far as dates and what not. And i'll take ehddles advice to try to make this as smooth as possible for everyone. So to whomever has orginized a dyno/tuning day please chime in and give me pointers and possibly a hand!
