Default 2003 wrx

Chances are I'm going to get told that I'm asking to much and so on but I cant sell for much less the listed due to a mess up after the hurricane last year between me and the Bank. If you interested feel free to contact me.
VIN number and car fax will be provided to serious buyers only willing to deliver up to a certain distance and more pictures upon request.
Now for details:
2003 wrx 17k (roughly)
2.5 Sti block ($1500)
Lightweight Fly wheel ($400)
Execdy Stage one clutch ($400)
Gruppe-S Header ($300)
Labor ($1700) I have receipt
Tein Springs ($250)
Helix catless uppipe ($200)
Helix catless downpipe bell mouth ($350)
Helix catless mid pipe and exhaust ($500)
USDM Sti seats ( $750ish)
JDM Sti front grill ($250)
JDM Sti Hood and Scoop ($500)
JDM Sti fender ($250)
JDM Sti sidemarkers ( $70) Yes I paid $70 for side lights No corners cut
JDM Sti Fog light covers ($200)
JDM HID Headlights with harness ($1000)
Paint to match everything ($1000)
JDM Gauge Cluster ($450)
Autometer gauges ($550)
Gauge pod ($200)
Cobb Access Port ($600)

Total including car comes to
28920.00 Now I know IM not going to get 28k For the car IT would be nice but its not going to happen. Ive been offered 24k for it but for some reason he never came through so Ill start it off at 24k, but that's a starting price.
So keep that in mind when making your offer as to the work and money I got wrap up in the car. The reason for selling I need to get out of the note plus I'm going to be buying a house here in the next 6 months and I'm getting rid of all unnecessary bills or at least lowering them. So If your interested let me know as you can tell no corners were cut and I didn't spare any expense, Ill also throw in the Stock cluster with the mileage when I took it out of the car and the KM on the cluster started at 6k so you can get a mileage that's on the body even though it don't matter. and a EJ20 block that has a spun bearing.
Now I'm sure I'm forgetting something here or there but you get the idea.
Remember this is OBO so feel free to make them.
now for a few pictures (not like you don't already know what it looks like)

Good luck. You may be better off parting it out and going back to stock. Then put that money towards whatever you owe on the car to lower the payoff.

I actually wasn't. I wouldn't want all the bling bling pretty stuff though. You know what I'm gonna do to her.
