Default Who would like to get a Rally light bar for their Subaru

I sent an email to the engineering group at www.rallyinnovations.com and asked them if they currently make a rally light bar for the 03'-05' Baja they said

"Thank you for your interest in our light bar. Unfortunately at this
time we do not have enough interest from Baja owners for our bar. we are
definitely looking into it but would need more interest to start the design. We can do a custom one if you are able to start a group buy of 5-10 people. We have sparked some interest in the Outback forums so if they get a group buy going, I believe the Outback will work with the Baja."

so if any one is interested we need to inform them so they can make a rally light bar for the Baja.

Need to know what kind of design rallyinnovations is going to be using...if it's something like a big bull-bar, it may be too much for the more street-car looking Legacy's...

It would be cool, but I'm trying to keep my outback looking somewhat refined. I'd definitely do it if the outback were my second car...

A guy on SubaruOutback.org has been talking with RallyInovations about an Outback light bar. Such a bar should fit your Bajas. See this thread:

I got a response from rallyinnovations.com come this is what he wrote:

"Thank you for stirring up interest! The target price of the bar will
be around $269.99 in black only. Custom colors add $50. It will be a
straight bolt-on application. Each light bar is designed specifically
for each vehicle. The look depends on what people like. We can go with
either the Impreza style or Forester style or something even as radical as
the one on our rally car. Please ask around and get people's opinion."

If yall go to the website yall can view the impreza styla and the Forester style let me know which style yall like better so i can let him know.

Impreza Style (THIS IS SECOND)

Impreza Style 2

Forester Style (THE ONE I PREFER)

Yeah, but it would be nice to see a pic of how it looks with actual lights on it

I'm assuming that it would still bolt on even from an Impreza/Forester? I know the chassis have split a little, but I don't think they've changed that much.

Nah, I've seen them before with Hella's mounted on them in person. The lights go in between the two rising portions of the bar. Of course you could also drill mounts on top of the horizontal bar and you can have 4 lights

ipd makes one too, as well as primitive racing. I haven't seen how the rallitek or primitive racing ones are constructed, but the ipd plate covers only up to the front cross member for the 00-04 Legacies, outbacks and baja's.

We're interested in helping you guys out too..

We already build custom rally light bars, subframes and skidplates for our rally clients..They are little heavier guage steel than what's offered from other outfits.

Posted a reply in the OB forum already.

any chance this will be done before february? that sounds insane, but i have a night Rally coming up (February 10th) and i need it yesterday so i figured before i make a custom light holder, i might as well ask if it can be done.

AllWheelsDriven- anyway you can get me something before February?
