Default Could this be the fastest Subaru in the US? (video inside)

I know some people don't like crawford, but I dont care. I keep seeing their wide body car in magazines and dominating and winning events (Super Treet Time Attack). Now I see this - video of Tanner Foust taken at California Speedway while driving the Crawford Performance Time Attack STI.

http://www.crawfordperformance.com/n...ticle_23.shtml

Do you guys think this car can take on the Mines skyline and win???
Can the skyline be de-throned?

This car ran 172.9mph @ the Texas Mile. I think he owns top honors in the US as fastest Subaru as he has proof of his top speed run. He drove his car 2.5 hours to and back home from the event.

name Just_A_4 in the TXIC

Those DC Shoes cars hit 183mph. So does peak mph mean it's the fastest?
Haven't you guys seen the Mines car...it's a track car.

That CP car is awesome. He pulls on people hard in the straights, but he's still got a stiff enough suspension to take people inside in the corners.

Oh yeah, some m4d tyte dorifto in that movie too.

Just_A_4's car is a daily driver and he did 172.9 in the standing mile and was still pulling.

I think the crawford car is outstanding.

footage is spead up. I would say between 10-15%. Audio is slight off, I would say a few frames. Maybe close to 5 off. I think we have some adjusted footage here folks

Hong kong phooey - I saw that vid. NICE.

Now about adjsuted footage . I think that Porshce and skyline are the ones that need adjusting. That Subaru just WALKED on them. The 911 gave a little fight there but after awhile it was, buh-bye!

Does anyone know if that Subaru went to the American Togue 3?

jesus, that car looks like a beast to drive! Sure is fast though, it's fun to hear the turbo just keep building boost as long as he's on the throttle.

Dyno Comp has a really good car, it was beating out a brand new Z06 at the last time attack.

The mighty Mine's Skyline will be de-throned this year... I see Crawford peaking around the corner ready to kick some 6 cylinder butt.
