Default stock 04/05 WRX turbo kit into 05 RS

Alright, I have been hearing rumors about this and it's making me think:

Supposedly people on here have taken the turbo/tubing/intercooler off of a stock WRX and installed it onto their RS's. I can't find these people so I am just going through the grape vine. Anyways, the rumor is that installing this wrx turbo kit onto the RS and adding a piggyback/stand-alone ECU to accompany the setup will allow for a safe performance upgrade for the RS so long as you keep the PSI around 7 or below.

Any thoughts?

Edit: since the 06/07 WRX has the 2.5 block instead of the older 2.0 block would it be even better to go with the new stock turbo kit instead?

Look....read...learn...then realize it'll be way cheaper and more reliable if you sell the RS and get a WRX or do a swap.

And there is no such thing as a "WRX Turbo Kit".
