Default STX EcuTek tuned wrx only 10psi?

Was professionally tuned a while ago. Never really saw a lot of psi, but now it seems to level/steady off around 10PSI. I am at altitude (5280ft), but I'd still expect more up here.

Mods are bosal DP, Helix UP, custom 3 inch exhaust w HF cat, and ecutek.

I'm not positive, but there might be a leak on the uppipe. Would that cause this? Should I get full PSI back (if only for a bit) if I reset the ecu and test it (I haven't done this yet)?

The boost does spike to around 12-13 psi before leveling off, likely due to my downpipe.

Sounds more like a boost leak if anything, or you may have your boost control solenoid connected backwards. Have you made any changes?

Check when you're at 10psi, too. At redline thats as much boost as you should be running.

You can pressurize the intake with a compressor. There should be a number of threads that discuss this.

It doesn't - which means if he is running 10psi, something is wrong with the car physically.
