Default Subaru of Pacific

Hi all, I just wanted to share my experience with Subaru of Pacific. They couldn't have been more helpful. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, didn't try to sneak any last minute dealer options on me and gave me the respect that I deserve. I just bough a 2013 sti as my first new car and the process was wonderful. I would highly recommend this dealer to everyone in the area. These guys are gear heads just like us and they will take care of you. I told them about nasioc and they had no idea. I will be sending them a link shortly so hopefully they can help more people with their dream cars.

SOP is located along Sepulveda right before Hermosa beach. I'll get the contact info later, posting this on my phone

I did not have the same experience at all. They would not take a deposit on a car that was coming in that I was assured would be mine. I was doing a trade and had my car washed and gassed up and they did not even tell me my car was gone until I called (and then it was an aside).

The sales manager had just come from a Chevy store and if they were "gear heads" how could they not know about NASIOC?

Not flaming you but I found little attention to what should have been a good deal for us both.

In retrospect it was good for me. I pulled off some stuff which I sold separately, got
20k for my car and just over invoice on the car I wanted from a closer store.

But great for you and I am sure you'll love your car

Sorry to hear that your experience was negative. Guess it really is hit or miss these days. Enjoy the new car !

These guys ****ed up a compression check on my 2005 STI and caused me to spend thousands on labor alone for no reason. Also the dude named Itai in sales is a huge scumbag.

They lost my go-to guy, Doug. He's at a different dealer now. But my go-to tech is still there, George.

lol he's the one who ****ed up my compression check, according to AQ (who now won't stand behind his claim, but lesson learned).
