Question Quick question

I am considering buying a used JC Sports intake made for a 2000-2001 and slightly modifying it to work on my 99. Were the intakes any different other than hardware or did the design of the entire intake differ? Also if anyone has any pics of their 99 JC Sports intake, it would really help. Thanks alot for any help

the intake is TOTALLY different...there is NO mount for a MAF and you need a HARD mount for the MAF unless you want to replace them religiously.

yeah, there seems to be a lot of problems with the 99s blowing MAF senor with a CAI. you might want to do a search and read up on it, before you try doing it
