How many miles are on your car?

Why do you think it is dead? What's wrong with it?

i know because there is no power steering and i have already changed fluid and bleeded out air, it works barely sometimes and makes noise. its not the belt. i took off the high pressure hose while taking off intake manifold and it hasn't worked since.

Have you done any donuts at full lock at redline for long periods of time like in the snow or rain? That's been known to put a huge strain on your p/s pump and sometimes cause failure of the unit. If your car is still under warranty, try to get your dealer to replace it. It should be covered. If you have mods and are scared the dealer will deny your claim, remove them, put the car back to stock, then take it to another dealer. The hassle of removing things like exhaust and other bolt-ons would be worth saving the $450.00. Also try eBay or the NASIOC Classifieds. Some people have cars that were totaled so they decide to part the car out. Good luck either way.
