Default I need a ride in a 350-400whp sti

I want to feel what a 350-400whp Sti feels like so I know what I am missing. I am on the verge of going for these numbers but need some convincing. I am 50/50 with the STI, was thinking of trading it in for something else to work on but people are telling me to ride in a high hp sti and I will change my mind. So anyone please. Thanks

Evo 9 FTW..lol

Really though, a 350-400whp sti is a pretty damn fun car. Are you thinking of staying stock location turbo, or going rotated? Do a green/frank50/sz49 with meth inj, fmic, external gate, etc. That should get you about there.

The thing is how long will you be happy with that type of power?

Hey I've driven FAT's 30R turbo kit on race gas with 405whp in a 03' WRX w/ 6spd swap, STi shortblock(stock), RA heads, JDM ECU, Roll caged now, etc...But anyways, you can't beat AWD and a 6 spd w/ 400+ whp. BTW, that kit is for sell off that car, owner is going to be stepping up to FAT's 40R kit and a built motor soon..... Kit would probably sell w/ install (at FAT) for around $4,500 I think. It's this kit: http://www.forcedairtech.com/turbokits_fxt_stage2.html

The 405whp is on a GT3071R turbo and 101 octane race gas tunned by Dyno Comp. 26psi boost on stock STi short block.....

Robert at FAT had a 04' Sti making just over 500 whp on completly stock engine and drive train except for an Exedy twin disk clutch. It was supercharged AND Turbo'd with a 35R turbo (25-26psi boost & 101 race gas). Also tunned by Dyno Comp. Ran a 10.63 1/4 mile. Went for a ride in that before kit was taken off for twin turbo/supercharged kit install. To this date, have not rode in anything faster then that car with that kit on it!!!!!!!!!!!
