I assume your running solid 8's in the KC map?

the gutted stock DP is killing you....the flat design sucks donkey balls on IWG turbos....the stock midpipe, etc is hurting you as well.

Look at the amount of timing being run. What don't you get? 18* of timing that early on that setup is asking for it.

Assuming that's a wideband, you could probably be adding fuel to alleviate det/knock as well. Getting down towards 11.0 would help and could possibly be removed later once timing is saner.

Stock exhaust components FTL. I don't think Jesus himself could give you a good tune with that crappy exhaust on their. There some reason you have all the Sean P-diddy components mixed in with Ghetto Fabulous stuff? You needs an exhaust stat is your first problem. Not sure of normal uppipe sizing, but 2.5" uppipe sounds too big to me as well. Why the SARD FPR? Where do you live that you get 98 octane?

the gutted stock exhaust is choking your turbo.
you have upgraded the intake side of your
motor and did not upgrade your exhaust...

RPM Ignition Knock Correction
4123 17 8 16 0
4472 14 8 16 0
4845 18 8 16 0..see this timing value? from the previous value at 4472 timing is 14.
5130 14 4 16 0
5411 16 5 16 0

i would lower this value to 14 just to see if the ecu
does not pull timing. a timing change more than a few..
key word..few..degrees will make the ecu do things like pull
timing when you pushing 1.4 bar..20 psi...

try to smooth out your timing..jumping around does not make power.
but now you know this..

Sorry for the messy log attached. re-attach for better view.
The timing pull at 5130rpm was something I don't understand. There's zero knock signal but KC reduces to 4.
The KC reduction at 5130 is prob. due to the 18* at the previous reading. Follow the advice given and drop it to 14* there

1.6x i think is what the ID of a normal up pipe flange should measure when it connects turbo....

2.5'' is HUGE and is probably one of the main reasons he spools so slow....

You're not necessarily going to see anything in the knock signal column. There's no reason to log it. A knock event is so brief the logger doesn't usually catch it, but your ECU is keeping track. What are you using for tuning?
