Default 05+ Legacy Outback Hood

Does anyone have any pics of Legacy GT's or 2.5i 's with Outback hoods? Im wondering if it would look good lowered with the Outback hood on it.

Thanks

Look at pictures on www.legacygt.com. I didn't know there was a difference.

That site is more about the current models. Most of the traffic here is about the older models.

yah i went to that site, but to no avail its down so i figured id just ask anyone here...im going to be picking up an 06 Legcay 2.5i sedan. I am a Subaru Tech and work on them all the time and was just mentally picturing the outback hood on the Legacy, it has the 2 bulges. So if im going to do this I wanted to make sure it looked good.

The Legacy im getting is silver with LGT wheels, leather, moonroof, dealer installed nav and it has 13k miles on it. Im going to lower it throw on some deep dish BBS wheels and potentially put the Outback Hood. No engine mods i want a reliable daily driver

That's going to cost a lot of money for a few bulges. I would wait until your can find a rear-ended OB and try to snag it from the insurance company.

im all set, this car is strictly a daily driver i have a KB Cobra, i dont need 2 fast cars in my garage at age 20. Id just be asking for trouble. Someone rear ended my Civic which is why im buying the Legacy.

I cant have my car looking like every other Legacy on the road though. Which is why i want to do subtle things that will make me happier day to day ie : tint, springs, wheels, Nav, the hood etc...

and to gianspi yah good point I could get the hood at cost but its still going to be wicked expensive. Hopefully someone on the Legacy Forums has one they are willing to part with or like you said if i can find a wrecked one id be golden.

very nice, ive always thought if you could combine the exterior of an Outback with the stance of the Legacy 2.5i it would be one sick looking car.

lol now that im looking at yours, i like your front bumper more than mine
