Well before joining NASIOC I never would have thought of buying a miata. What the hell happend to me in the last 3 years ... IBYouTurnedGay

Looking to buy a 90-92 Miata for Auto-X madness. Have been looking around for the last couple days and I think Im gonna go for it. Just getting into the research and have been looking at available cars

Needs/Specs:
-Must be 5spd
-Cheaper the better
-Preferably no rust
-LSD would be awsome, but probably a long shot
-Rainbow stickers are also a bonus

Also, if anyone knows of any decent miatas for sale in the CT/MA/NY definetely let me know!

Thanks in advance
Gfunk

I do belive projectrally still visits NESIC, he was in Portland, not sure if he has actually moved yet. He said the closer he gets to move date the cheaper the car.
worth a call i guess.

Yeah, MFR Sweep sent me that link as well. I dont know how I feel about buying these cars with front end damage. Maine is also quite a haul, as I will likely be trailering it home.

Thanks for the help guys, the search continues!

Stick with the miata over the 2.2 GC8.

Keep an eye on vermontracing.com as well.

H stock seems a little less competitive than the Miata(G-stock IIRC) class. And the 2.2's only weigh 2600lbs. Personally, I would prefer the miata. But I am probably going to end up racing it with another member(Um-Wrx'er), so it really depends

I will definetely check out VTracing too. Thanks!!
