I need help with friend STi ecu ??

hey guys,

since I'm not turbo yet ((

I have NA impreza )) I need your help to tune my friend 04 STi

it has basic things, such as big FMIC, up/down pipes, and exhust all from APS.
his car has EJ207, and the fuel in the area where we live is rated at 97 oct, so I guess reflashes from i-speed, cobb,,,, ect won't work well since they were desigend for 93 oct
so we are looking for ideas on how to find an ECU or a reflash that is set for 97 oct

...ya likely gonna need a JDM or AUS or NZ map
