What wheels? With rolled fenders 245/40 would fit unless you have goofy wheels.

im not sure what wheels yet, im not sure if i want 17x 7.5 or 8. i want to get as much rubber on the ground as possible without rolling my fenders.

Well 245/40-17 will fit with rolled fenders and a 48 offset wheel I know for a fact.

If you want to auto-x, get better springs. Even the stock ones would be better than S-techs.

Check out the wide tire thread in the motorsports forum.

I am running 275 Kumhos on 17x9 ET35...but something like that wont really work with craptastic-too low-springs like s-techs.

Who do you plan on running with...if its SCCA, you need to read the rulebook and decide on your classing before you buy tires.
