Subaru Stars Side repeater install on my BD

I recently found and ordered a set of clear repeaters on eBay for my 98 Legacy GT. I remember seeing somewhere that some slight modifying may need to be done. I know there are people here who have performed this modification successfully and I'd like to know what kind of modification this entails. Is there some sort of write up, somewhere? I'm sure I'll figure it out when they get here, but any insight would be helpful.

just in case you don't feel like clicking on that link (which actually has a really good write-up so you might want to check it out anyway!), the little plastic molding piece in the fender just pops right out and then the sidemarker pops right into the hole that's beneath it. wiring, you just hook the positive lead to the signal light on your front signal/marker light, and you're set. i believe it's a green wire with a white stripe on the passenger side, and a green wire with a yellow stripe on the driver's side (might have the colors mixed up though, i did mine a while ago). JDM sidemarker installs on BD/BG/BK Legs are so easy it's almost cheating!

super easy..
pull the side markers, loosen the fender well plastic piece, squeeze your hand behind the plastic molding piece, and push it out. run some wire from the power leads on the marker light, and get some small female connectors hook it up and slide the new light in the side molding slot, reverse install and BAM your done.
