NGK coppers. or if u dont want to change them every 10,000 miles. Denso Iridiums. if u have extra mods, u might want to go one step colder as well

I use 1-step colder NGK coppers, they are cheap I buy them by the box so I can replace them often (every 5k or so).

I have used denso iridiums before when I had the stock turbo they worked great too.

I change my plugs so frequently though i just use the cheaper ones.
