Default Popping or clunking from front drivers side

I just went up to tahoe this weekend, about a 500 mile round trip. I have a 2004 wrx wagon on swifts. Once I got off the freeway I noticed a popping noise coming from the front drivers side area when I got on the gas. I can also feel it when I rest my foot on the dead pedal. It does also do it when I am turning the wheel at a stand still. I have 46,000 miles on the car with revised swift springs for about 7,000 miles. Could my strut be blown or did the spring un-seat itself , if thats possible. I did notice when I went to jack up my car the drivers side was lower than the passanger side. The roads are kinda ruff as well. Any help would be appreciated.
