Default Help tuning Greddy Profec B Spec II

So I just got the Greddy Profec B Spec II, now the manual is written in English, but they might as well have kept it in freakin Japanese, half the **** doesn't make sense. I installed it and all and I don't know how to really tune it . Anyone have any suggestions?? I have an 04 STi with:
Crank pulley, short shifter, coolingmist stage 2 meth injection, intake, wrapped downpipe, cat back exhuast, stage 3 clutch and flywheel and ECuTek re-flash through dynocomp. What the heck should i do?!

Dude thanks, that really helped...I got it set now, so now city driving I am running minimum wastegate limit on stock STi turbo (16psi) and for the high end I wanted to be safe and run max 19.5psi...The car overall put down 310.8whp on stock turbo...still workin on it. Planning on getting an FP Green...any suggestions?

How about the superzilla and what type of power gains will I expect. And yeah I kinda am leaning towards deadbolt since free rebuilds for life. So in the future if I want to part out, I can have it rebuilt and get something back....
