Default Tranny fluid for 30K and plugs??

The STi just hit the 30k mark.. running Cobb Stg2 OTS Map w/K&N Typhoon. I'm told to just replace spark plugs with stockers, but what about tranny fluid? Anything out there good?? I've had good experience with RedLine and GM Synchormesh back in my Honda and Nissan days.. don't know how Subys like that stuff though...

Edit: Nevermind.. i really gotta start reading Unibombers faqs before posting!

No need for plugs at 30k, they are 60k plugs. You can run GM synchromesh in the STI trans.

I would do a set of plugs. Stock or one step colders work. Redline 75-90w ns works for a fluid and i would also do the diff and a coolant flush
