ok here the deal.... this will be my second year on r compounds. last year i

ran sports cups and they are pertty much done for so i was looking around

for some new to me (used) race tires and i found a killer deal so i got

them. first should i worry about this huge marble

second... the sport cups are 225/45/17 just like the hoosier cup tires i just got

but the hoosiers are apox 1 1/4 inch wider buy my measurement. i think this

might be a big problem on my 17-7 inch wheels what do you guys think?

heres a pic of the tires side by side

The marble probably isn't even your rubber. You can pull it off.

Thats a big difference...you sure they're both 225's? You'll be fine. Throw them on and get out there.
