Car won't start

Hey everyone,
So i'm a bit freaked out as this afternoon I found out that my 2002 Subaru WRX will not start...

Here's the situation:
1) I'm receiving full power to all gauges and accessories, so I know the battery isn't bad.

2) The engine is not turning over completely, but I'm not getting a "RRrrr RRrrr" sound either when starting.

3) All my fans in the engine bay turn on when the key is in.

SO WHAT DO I CHECK?!?
Do you guys think the fuel pump went bad?
The starter?
What can I check?!

try jumping it off. thats a good starting point.

I'll be keeping a close eye on her this week...

Just cause you get full power to things doesn't mean your battery is still "good." If you have time bring it into an autoparts store to check the battery out.
