WTB: 02/03 WRX stock air intake or trade for Injen cold air intake

Injen cold air intake is approx. 2 yrs. old with K&N type filter.

Gethin tells me its more compatible with the utec.

What pieces do you need? Do you need just the box itself or also the snorkel and the 3rd piece that runs from the front in to the snorkel?

I believe I have the box itself sitting in my garage, off of an '02 WRX.

Let me know and I'll check for sure.

Thanks 'zerk. I need the whole she-bang. Or at least I think so - the car came with it so I have nothing to refer to other than a vague memory of what I've seen under other hoods. I tried to post a picture of my installed intake but it seems more complicated than I thought.

Here's a shot of the engine bay for you.

You might be able to get away without the fender snorkel, but I would search a little on that. I recall many people take it out right away and have no issues....

Ya, I'd want the fender snorkel, too. What's the advantage of pulling the snorkel off?

From what I recall, not too much. I believe it allows more air flow into the airbox and makes the engine sound a little throatier.

I how you are able to find your parts!

Bezerk came through with a stock airbox for me so no longer needed.

At some point in the near future I will be posting my Injen cold air intake for sale. If you're interested PM me and I'll contact you after I've installed the stocker.
