Phillips - Use the cherry flavor, it's not as chalky. Usually takes 30 min to 1 hour to kick in.

Have fun.

Magnesium Citrate soda, after drinking a whole bottle in like 15 will produce a massive dump within an hour. It's the fasting thing Ive found that you don't need to stick up your ass.

My dad had quite the experience with prune juice and grapefruit juice. 16 oz. of each, with the grapefruit juice first. By the time you're done with the prune juice, you should be on your way to the bathroom.

x2 - prune juice is a natural laxative. Pear juice works well also.

You can have.

Default

1/2 tsp of epsom salts dissolved in a beverage. The same basis for the magnesium soda. Stick that in your boss's coffee and he'll be on the ****ter for hours.

"OMG bears!" is the fastest-acting natural laxative known to man; works in seconds, not minutes.

actually jerry said it to kramer...kramer was backed up...here is what they said

JERRY: Well my friend, (Jerry puts his hand on Kramer's shoulder) it may be time to consider the dreaded apparatus.

KRAMER: Pfft! Hold it right there. If you're suggesting what I think you're suggesting, you're wasting your time. I am not Jerry, under any circumstances, doing any inserting in that area.
