How long should you wait to tell the girl you are dating that you want to be official

I have known her since last may. Hooked up with her then went out a few time. Stayed in conact with her over the summer but did not go out with her again. We started dating again about a month ago. She has spent every weekend at my house since and on day during the weeek. I talk to her over the phone at least once a day.

Our plans in the near future

Hanging out this upcoming weekend again
Valentines day sending her 1dz roses to her work
Feb 17/18 taking her for a get away weekend for her birthday

Over the past weekend Ive reall fallen for her. I did sleep with her back in may but for the past month I have been nothing but a gentlemen and trying to play my cards right so I can gain her respect.

What do you guys think? I dont want to crowd her or rush things but I dont want her to get away. It seems like she is really into me but you never know.

I am of the opinion that once you get to the point where you would be pissed if she was getting dick from someone else and/or she would be pissed if you were getting it from someone else its pretty official. That being said a quick conversation to solidify that is in order just to make sure you are both in agreement.

Sounds like are at that point, make sure shes on the same page and call it a day.

Why even bring it up? You guys aren't in high school where you need it make it official then tell all your friends. If you're doing and acting the right way it doesn't need to be brought up. Just go with the flow and eventually she'll introduce you as the boyfriend. Case closed.
