Default How to paint wheels hyper color?

i really like the color of the limited STI wheels...here is a pic for reference:

Is there a special effect to do this or just find the right paint?

Default Multi stage paint process... not just special paint.

The type of paint you are referring to is actually a multi layer process that has a dark color base coat with a very thin layer of an aluminized paint applied in a very consistent manner. What your eye actually sees is the dark base coat coming through the very thin silver layer. It requires a very well controlled paint system to get the right color and keep it consistent.

This same process is used to make the very bright silver finishes. Using a light colored base coat instead of the dark base coat, creates a bright silver finish.
