Default Transmission/Rear Diff 75W90 NS

Hi, should I use 75W90 NS or just 75W90 in my tranny and rear diff? It's on a 2004 5mt WRX.

Whats the difference between NS and regular?

Thanks!

Either in the rear diff, NS in the trans. NS does NOT have added friction modifiers which can adversely affect synchro operation.

This 'NS', does the same designation go across all brands? Like if I was to get Amsoil 75w90, would that have a 'NS' designation?

Also, I would use the same weight for both the transmission and the rear differential?

or this one, which I prefer:

Unfortunately, I cannot find anything stating that it is safe for Bronze metals, and the severe version does state it has modififers, but I do not understand what type. These also are not the 2000's, like previously stated in stickies I read. These replace that version, so it makes it harder to tell.

The NS applies to Redline only.

Anyone have experience with the newer Amsil 75W90 stuff? It says it can be used for gl-4 and gl-5 situations?
