Default Bugeye Headlight adjustment

I looked in the manual and i searched the forums but couldnt find anything. I might have not searched hard enough. My headlight angle is really low and i need to fix it becuase i cannot see ANYTHING at night besides like 10 feet infront of me. Its basically driving blind when its raining out.

Does anyone know how to adjust the bugeye headlight angle so it projects further?

There is an adjustment knob on back of the headlight under the hood. When you open the hood, look down at the top of the headlight and you will see it. I believe it uses a phillips head screwdriver for adjustment.
