Default New: Turbo XS 50/50 BOV! Best of both worlds!

We had been asking Turbo XS to make a dual vent type of BOV for (what seems like) forever, and now they've done it. The Turbo XS Type H Hybrid Blow off valve is ideal for Mass Air Flow (MAF) metered cars that want some noise but don't want the problems associated with venting to atmosphere. The Hybrid Type H is CNC machined out of billet aluminum and is specifically designed with high boost applications in mind. This BOV recirculates 50% of air and vents to atmosphere 50%. As with all TXS Type H valves you need a vehicle specific flange.

I've got a bunch of these hot new units in stock and ready to fly at a phenomenal introductory price. I'll also offer additional incentives to the first few if you can provide me with good sound clips!

The word from Turbo XS is this version will only work on cars with FMICs. A WRX/STi with TMIC specific version is in the works and due very soon.
PM, email justin@jscspeed.com, or call for pricing.

Isnt it dual vent? I though that it 100% recirculates at partial throttle and is 100% atmospheric at woot.. Or it's just another 50/50?

It is not "just another 50/50," it's a TXS 50/50

This is primarily a RBV that at will vent a little bit out the back side. The vents on the back side (shown in pic) that VTA are a little higher then the primary recirculating vent. Under heavy boost it will be close to a true 50/50, but under normal loads it will be more recirculating with a little of the noise common on the full VTA BOVs.

It's going to sound similar to a vent to atmosphere BOV (but a little quieter) , and perform like a recirculating bypass valve.
