Scammed.

They don't look and work "great".

http://s133.photobucket.com/albums/q...ai/headlights/

I recieved these items from the Post Office. Headlights and lenses were stuffed in a small box with very little foam and any other sort of protection. Didn't know that plastics bags were a great form of protection.

Anyway, he refuses to fedund me my money. they are actually cracked and broken inside the housing and on the back of the housing of one of the lights. Link above shows the pictures. Either way, through PMs and this thread it is stated they are in good condition which they are not. I would just like my money back.

Honestly, i was going to give him next week to pay but have changed my mind. My friend is in the miliarty, gets paid every 2 weeks. An overdraft fee is a flat rate of $30 for a $1-$1000 overdraft.

The seller couldn't even take 10min to clean these lights up.

The seller couldn't even spend $5 on a bigger box and extra protection for these headlights. But instead, had to use plastic bags, and a used box.

Not sure about rerfunding or anything because I used that money to pay off some bills. IMO, they look and work great. I never noticed anything wrong with 'em.

One of the headlights are pretty ****ed up.

It has a pretty long crack around the turn signal, and also the lense is scratches pretty deep. The bottom of the housing is cracked/broken as well.

You said nothing was wrong with the headlights.

Maybe it was the careless packaging.

I don't know, but i know that i'm not that satisfied.

I mean honestly, i wouldn't have paid $700 for these, wouldn't even have bought them.

I mean, we gotta work something out here.

Either i send these back, you send the money back, and thats that. No Harm, No Foul.

Yeah, I would'a been happy to give you your money back if you actually gave me ample time to earn that money back.. but instead you wanted to threaten me with all that bs and then, pull a dispute on me. And no, I can't over draft more than what I actually have in my account. Which is like $10.

And that's why you always pay for shipping insurrance....If this is all true, then it's not his fault, you got what you paid for....shipping companys just toss boxes around

this is what insurance is for guys. ayobreezie I hope you purchased it when you shipped these expensive lights.

Also if they were properly wrapped in bubble wrap you wouldnt see those holes coming out the side of the boxes.

Nopthing wrong with using a "used" box either, however when subaru ships this out that box is made for one headlamp, and each box has its own special carboard covering so everything is snug.

Sure it is the shipping companies faults for throwing boxes around like they are playing catch, but this is typical.

Again, this is why you purchase insurance. If you didnt be ready to accept the lights back and refund the money.
