Default 06 Sti Electrical Issues

Am I Missing A Fuse Or Some Kind Of Relay That Is Preventing My Horn, Hazard Lights, And Cruise Control From Operating? Are These Accesories Even Tied Into Each Other?

Posting in all caps is considered annoying and is also against the forum rules. As you can see there is a filter that detects the all caps.
How hard is it to hit the caps lock button?

i havent had time to probe at the fuses yet, i'm not sure if there are any under the dash that are connected to the hazard lights and horn? i notice that when i press the hazards the interior light comes on and wont go away until i open and close the door, is this weird?
