Ok, there have been a few threads with questions like:
Am I worthy? Why did you not run my car? How do I get in the magazine? Here is the deal: I get about a million submissions a day, posting a thread about it does not help, it hurts. I really would rather make what we are going to print a surprise. Also, there are lots of readers who do not even go to nasioc so even though there are lots of cool cars here, there are even more that never get posted on the internet and we try to run as many unknown cars as possible. How to get in the magazine: Send me an email with clear photos and a mod list and why your car is special. Let us know what part of the country you are in. Also, include your name and contact information so we can arrange for a shoot and interview if need be. Be patient, we sit on some material for several issues before we run it, we don't always run material right when we get it. Pestering is a bad idea. The more you bug us about when we are going to run something, the farther towards the "round file" your submission gets. There is a line between self-promotion and being obnoxious. A word about tech columns and project cars: Only cars owned by Subiesport Staff are eligible to be project cars. If you are looking to do a project car and are looking for sponsorship from Subiesport, please don't ask, you are on your own. If you wish to undertake a project, document it and send it in when it is finished. We will not consider running any "private" project car series if it is unfinished or incomplete. Again, any parts requests will be denied. If we get a call from any vendors asking if a non-staff member has authorization to make a parts request, it will be denied. Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate all submissions and take each very seriously. Thank you for reading and supporting, Subiesport Magazine.
