Post Need information

I will be running my first rallycross next weekend with my 90 Legacy L sedan. My question is what class will I be running in. The only modification I have done is put racing seats in. I assume that this will not take me out of stock class? Thoughts anyone.

Is it AWD or FWD? Thats really what we need to know to determine the class you'd be in.

PGT aka Production GT aka "Subaru Class", If you have an intake, "agressive" all-season tires, or rally tires you will be bumped up to the open class and have to go against cars that have been rally prepared

Hows that work? I have an '89 RX Turbo with custom exhaust, K&N filter, and a fooled wastegate, what class would that put me in?

I'm curious though, the class definitions list Prod Gt as 2wd or 4wd w/ adjusted engine displacement over 2650cc. 2500 or so is under 2650cc, and a '90 Legacy L is running a 2.2? One would think he would be in Production. Anyone have the official SCCA rules handy?

Here's a brief summary, but for full details checkout the rules page at:
http://www.oregonrally.com/events/rallyx_rules.html

It's in PGT due to the multipliers:

4WD/AWD: 1.3 x displacement
4 valves per cylinder: 1.2 x displacement
(stupid question: are the 2.2ls 16 valve? I assumed they were, athough they're still over the limit anyway)

So: 2200 x 1.3 x 1.2 = 3432 adjusted...
(even without the 4valve adjustment it'd be at 2860).

In practice, the only way a 4WD/AWD car will fit in Production will be if it's below 2038cc and has no other modifiers. Maybe a Loyale/GL/DL would fit? I can't remember the specs on the older 1800cc motors...
