I'm looking to get a 3/8ths cordless impact for under 200 dollars...any suggestions?

I'm looking for a cordless 3/8this impact for some what cheap! I want around 100 ft lbs and I want it to be reliable. I've heard of some people using ebay ones and they break, I'm unsure of which ones are good or ones to stay away from.

Also I'd like it to be some what small so it can fit in some tight spaces. so far I've found used craftsmen and dewalt that fit what i'm looking for are there any other suggestions? I wouldn't mind buying generic if people have had luck with them.

Any input would be appreciated

never saw a 3/8" one. I have a 1/2" from ebay, and other than being over-rated torque-wise, it seems to work fine for $100; came with 2 batteries and a couple sockets too.
