So I got around to posting up my pictures. I used all Rustoleum products. I first scuffed u the wheels with sandpaper, then 3 coats of grey self-etching primer, 3 coats of sun-yellow and 2 coats of automotive clear coat.
I used cards around the edge to form a barrier but some still got on the tires, so next time I would tape plastic bags to the tires.
So far they are holding up awesome there was some chipping when the tires got switched over to winter ones, but I had no choice. I'm just going to touch them up when I take them off in the spring. Let me know what you think of them.

They were originally going to be Rustoleum Neon Yellow, but the paint comes out very thin. If you have the time to put on 15 coats, go for it and let me know how it goes.

I used rustoleum sun-yellow, I like how they came out. It'd be cool to compare our two yellows next to each other to see how they compare

Nice looking driveway with two subies parked there.

I was under the impression or read that the 2011 wrx went to a 5x114.3 bolt pattern matching the sti.

Thanks, that's my parents' Outback I talked them into buying last summer. The WRX stayed with the same 5x100 pattern, but I wish they would both go to the 114.3 pattern so you could put the BBS wheels on the wrx. Oh well, this worked out well for my winter tires since I got the old wrx wheels for fairly cheap

I plan on painting my stock 02 wheels this weekend and i think it would be cool to do the subaru letters on the center cap a different color than the rest of the wheel, any ideas on how to do this? I think im gonna get one of those scratch fixing paint pens and do the letters by hand, think this will work?
Thanks
