Scooby42, why did you paint over the custom "root beer" paint job?

a deer ran into the side of me. I was going about 60mph. A few months after I did the root beer I heard they came out with new single stage matte finish paint. I've always loved the all black look. Thats how is was before just shiny. So they were already painting half the car so i had them do the whole thing. Heres 2 pics of it wrecked.

It might just be because it's a Veyron, but that flat blue is SEXY. The gloss hood and roof offset it nicely too.

I was passed by a flat gray Audi the other day. It looked stock, but was debadged... Anyone know what that could have been? The paint actually looked amazing in person.
