Cingular has a Buyer's Remorse Program that I don't think many people know about. It's like an outlet, you can buy a phone that someone has returned. You'll need to go into a corporate store, not like a mall kiosk, m-f 9-5 and have the guy call up to see what phones they have. I think they're priced at 20, 40 60 and 80. You won't have to sign a new contract, but you'll get the manufacturer's warranty, all the stuff and the support.

also, try craigslist.

BRE is a great deal, but you have to not be eligible for an upgrade, prices vary due to trendiness of phone, they'll ship it right to your house usually in a day or two, used to work at CING and probably sold more phones via BRE then up's or new act's (might be why i no longer work there )
