Default fix for noisy Whiteline front swaybar

for those with the Whiteline BSF33 on their WRX sedans, I was experiencing a clunk/clack sound in my front end with that bar. After much inspection and having people shake the car from above, I determined that the noise was definitely coming from the endlink.

I went to Home Depot and bought a few washers (about an inch across, maybe 1/16" thick, big enough to fit over the endlink bolt). One washer behind each end of the bar on the bolt fixed the problem.

My bar was apparently a little too narrow from side to side so the endlink was being pulled into a bad angle, causing much binding and noise. Putting the "spacers" in place reduced the effective width of the endlinks and fixed my noise problem.

washers were 5 cents apiece.

I had the same problem in the rear (don't have the front yet). the nylon in the bolts wasn't holding so they kept backing out.
i check them every couple of weeks to make sure they're tight (i insepect it all before an AutoX anyway)

update -

after a couple days, my bar is making the same noise again. I am now suspecting (as above) the bolts are getting loose prematurely and am now going to bust out some red loctite. ARgh! will this noise never go away?!?
