I ordered a trunk light on 10/30/01 and it was supposedly delivered 10/31/01, however it was NEVER received by me.
It was impossible to reach a live person in the service dept.
After a nasty, but to the point email, they replied that since the item was shipped via Airborne Express, the delivery guy might have just left it with a neighbor or put in on a porch or in a garbage can (he claims they have done this before).

Well, this is total B.S. They can't seem to find any shipping info.
Uh, yeah, thanks. All this aggravation over a damn trunk light that my car didn't have. So I threatened to cancel my order if my light is not received by Friday and that I want reimbursement for shipping charges... so we'll see what happens.

What a bunch of MORONS !

I've had problems personally and know at least 3 other people who have had major problems with Subaru Parts & Service in NJ, and now I see it extends all the way to the west coast.

Too bad a great car can't be backed up w/great service.

Grrrrr.... Jenn verrrrry maaaaadddd !!!!
