Default Quickest STi in the UK... is for sale! Check it out!

Check out this link folks, here's what can be done with a UK spec STi. I'm rather impressed.

His fastest official time is 3.7sec to 60.

His fastest unofficial time is 3.5sec to 60, at 1.8bar of boost.

That is such a nice car. I have the issue of Banzai with that STi in it. The thing is unbelieveable. Its a shame that dude has to sell it. He must have put so much time and money into that car.

He must be in PAIN! Ouch, that must really hurt! Well, at least he would be spreading the POWER, I hope it falls into responsible hands.

sorry but the 1/4 mile time is not that impressive. $5000 Talons and GSX's run 11's here at 6000 ft. altitude. I 'd still like to have it. I thought the stock STI ran around a 13 flat stock?

Nice car, something that would have save me a lot of effort instead of getting my car up to that level. Just too bad it's RHD, and importing that thing would have cost quite a bit (not to mention that I don't quite have the money lined up)

Let's remember that the Impreza is not a drag car. It was designed with acceleration and handling in mind so you can power outta those corners. The Impreza is at home on winding roads. I would take a 0-60 rocket over a drag monster anyday. However 12.33 sec. on the 1/4 mile ain't that bad, it's not stellar but that car is so well rounded.

just my $.02

This car is a beauty I know the guy who owns it.........

Just for the record it is NOT a UK STI you can only get UK ones 2002 onwards..........

It is an import and a fast well set up beast..........if I had the money to buy it I would!!!

"Not impressive" !!!!!

It's pretty damn good for an Impreza with a claimed 288bhp ATW's. I also know that he's achieved a 12.2 1/4.

Now Al's done a ???1/4, with a claimed 308bhp ATW's hasn't he.

Still not impressive, for an Impreza ?????

Happy.
