I'd never go in business with friends. I learned through an experience with my Dad. Somewhat similar to what hypa stated. Tough tough.

In my case, I just got sick of him coming in an hour late, hungover, then demanding 50% because he's part owner.

Imho, a company needs a single person to make the final decision.
If not, there will be disagreements.

Im being very cautious going into this, you can be certain of that. he is the artist, Im the welder/fabricator.

As long as you both know your roles, and do an equal amount of work, you could very well be successful. Partnerships are no different than a marriage. You give some, you get some, and at the end of the day, it all boils down to how well you work together.

Everything else usually falls into place.

Good luck!

Hahaha another download wh0re in the making? My buddy feels he's not getting his money's worth unless he's downloading at least 10% above maximum bandwidth usage lol. He's got like years of TV shows and movies archived to watch that he doesn't even like

Life is like a hurricane here in Duckburg
Race cars, lasers, aeroplanes - it's a duck blur
You might solve a mystery or rewrite history

Duck Tales, Oo-oo
Tales of derring-do, bad and good luck tales, oo-oo

D-d-d-danger, watch behind you - there's a stranger out to find you
What to do? Just grab onto some Duck Tales, oo-oo!
Not pony tails or cotton tails but Duck Tales, oo-oo!

When it seems they're headed for the final curtain
Bold deduction never fails, that's for certain
The worst of messes become successes!

Duck Tales, Oo-oo
Tales of derring-do, bad and good luck tales, oo-oo
Not pony tails or cotton tails but Duck Tales, oo-oo!

Ok, you leave me no choice...

Daring duck of mystery,
Champion of right,
Swoops out of the shadows,
Darkwing owns the night.
Somewhere some villain schemes,
But his number's up.

(3-2-1) Darkwing Duck (When there's trouble you call DW)
Darkwing Duck (Let'sget dangerous)
Darkwing Duck (Darkwing, Darkwing Duck!)

Cloud of smoke and he appears,
Master of surprise.
Who's that cunning mind behind
That shadowy disguise?
Nobody knows for sure,
But bad guys are out of luck.

'Cause here comes (Darkwing Duck)
Look out! (When there's trouble you call DW)
Darkwing Duck (Let's get dangerous)
Darkwing Duck (Better watch out, you bad boys)
Darkwing Duck!

pretty, but it will spend more time in the shop, than on the roads. Luigi and Franko drank a lot of "lunch" wine, thus the reason why there aren't too many Alfa's on the road anymore.

Like the Maserati BiTurbo, the Lamborghini Muira or Jalpa, the DeTomaso Pantera, and the molto bella 328 Ferrari, it takes a lot of money to truly enjoy an old Italian car.

If you want a convertable, buy a Miata.
They're much more reliable.

Exactly my point! More time in the shop and very expensive! Time to trade up to a Benz Diesel....
