Default Accessport V1 vs. V2

I did do a quick search but with no luck, so i hope someone can give me a quick answer as to what the differences between v1 and v2 are? Any advantages and what are they?

The V2 has a lot more features, has a USB interface, 0-60 times, is a lot smaller, has a color display...

v2 flashes base maps onto ecu quicker
v2 firmware is end user updateable through Internet
can read live data and display on virutal gauges
