Default Once more...with audio! Datalogging next...

Okay, finally got a clear day at the track with super weather (for March). Tires never got entirely warmed up, but nothing beats having an open track! Oh yeah...now I have a microphone for audio as well.

Since my last few videos I've added Cobb stage 2 power (Cobb catted DP and Tanabe Touring Medalion cat back) and gone back to stock rear end-links.

I should get my racelogic performance box any day now...then I'll be able to datalog laps to actually get an idea of what works when I change suspension settings, etc.

This lap is significantly faster than what I was running before, at an 8:10 BTG. Car setup is here...still building the blog, though: http://www.iwsti.com/blogs/trs94/

Watched the video. Interesting camera mounting location. Kinda wish I could see more of the track because -- damn -- that's an awesome track. Talk about long straights. Nice to see a video where you can hear the engine. Most tracks in So Cal require the windows to be down and the wind noise drowns out the engine on the video.

Unfortunately, stealth mounting is a requirement there. I'll move it forward to the front side of the handle mount, cause I'm not too happy with it there either.

Did get my racelogic performance box today, so I'm hoping to have my synchronized data and video ready for this weekend.

Thanks.

I could mount it in the radiator area...but then I'd need a to tap into power up there...I think moving it slightly forward will work well.

The racelogic box is pretty nice. Did a test spin around the block. It logs at 10hz, which seems to be pretty good for a GPS based system.
