Default Cobb Stage 2 and non-cobb exhaust?

This may be a dumb question, but is it possible to run Cobb Stage 2 OTS map with another turbo back besides the official Cobb TBE? (I.e. any other brand 3" turbo back exhausts).

Thanks.

That's what I figured. Just thought there may have been something different about the Cobb TBE that the map was setup for.

Thanks for the help guys.

^^^^ Nope. In fact, you don't even need a turbo back exhaust. The minimum equipment specified for Cobb stage 2 is any high performance downpipe. Cobb does recommend an aftermarket catback for best results.

I use the Cobb catted downpipe with the STi cat back on my wrx, nice power and just a deep sounding exhaust that does not attract attention and looks stock.

Just find something that sounds nice to you and you will be fine, I'm also running an STi cat back but I don't like it so much.
