I'm about to buy the SBC ID myself...
Have you used it to monitor any other settings in the car??
i.e. EGT air/fuel oil pres/temp tps ??
I wanted to get it for more than just boost control, I thought it would save space on gauges...

Thanks for the review !

They will fit in the gauge pod. I was going to do that, but that's were I'm going to put my S-AFC. You can mount them anywhere as long as the SBC and P-meter are together so the infa-red conection will work, the hardest part. That's why I put mine where I did(see pic). I don't smoke so blocking the ash tray was no biggy and can still see them. I know a guy that put them in this arm rest thing next to the E-brake. I don't think that's a good spot, can't see them. He wanted them hidden. I saw a picture of them put where the stock cd player was. They just replaced the stock one cd player with a smaller one.

Guys, did your SBC-id's come with the blue rubber hoses that attach the solenoids to the turbo and wastegate. I've seen install pics of the hoses but there are no hoses in my box.
